Embassy Suites by Hilton Palm Beach Gardens PGA Boulevard

Water started leaking from ceiling and they extend our check out to 3pm for the inconvenience. I was on an all paid business trip and they charged my credit card instead of the business. It was odd, my travel agency had to call them to get the charge reversed. The lobby was beautiful and breakfast was great.

Devin and staff were amazing. Clean hotel with staff visibly cleaning. The pure rooms were great and spacious. Great location to many amenities and shopping areas and dining.breakfast and happy hour treats were great and a nice touch. Would recommend and come.back

First and foremost, we want to highlight a staff member who provides a happy attitude, smiles, and professionalism EDDY who serves evening bartenders services during Happy Hours! 5 stars. He deserves an extra bonus . The location of the hotel is perfect next to the highway, grocery store, shopping, and a good variety of restaurants. The pool area is very nice. Housekeeping staff is very pleasant and accommodating as well. Decent price and bonus Free breakfast w/ make to order omlette station and Waffles, coffe, milk soda, & juice stations. Tip your staff for their hard work!!! Dog friendly facility a plus. Cons: Needs more weekend staff for cleaning in and around the facility outside. Parking rate needs to be fully explained upfront. $25/day for up to 4 days or more, $75/day for 1-3 days which we didn't know about until we overheard discussion in the elevator. We would recommend this hotel!

Great hotel- quiet, spacious rooms, clean, comfortable bed, and delicious cook to order breakfast. Parking is free and convenient. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Funny that the description says "warm lodging" because this hotel is FREEZING. The common areas were frigid, and our room was pre-set to 63 degrees. The front-desk clerk was zoned out on her phone and the bartender, who had one other customer in total, somehow forgot that our meal had been ordered to eat there even though he'd brought ceramic plates and metal utensils for our table. But the suite was nice, despite the cold temperatures; the food was good, despite the weird presentation of a to-go box for our table; and the desk clerk did pull herself away from doomscrolling to get us our room key. Overall, it was okay.

We had a great experience at the embassy suites. We were there for a wedding for a few days. Other family had rooms booked there too. Great experience. Hotel is beautiful, well kept. Rooms are very spacious. We called in for service a few times. Each time we got courteous and quick service. Lots of parking (paid, I think $26/night). Awesome breakfast included which we looked forward to. Chef Kenny really made our day with his friendly personality. Would stay there again! Location is central and around stores and restaurants.

The hotel was good. Breakfast great! There were 300 colleges students from a marching band there and the cook that made omelets for us and all of the kids was fantastic. Elevator was broken and we had to wait 20 minutes. Also not enough baggage carts.
